Men promise you riches; they promise many many things...but they don't keep them!
The government may promise a better society...but they don't keep that!
You yourself might promise great things...but would've at least broken one!
BUT
God has promised us His grace, His love, His mercy - salvation...He will NEVER let us down...
...He kept His promise with Abraham to multiply his descendants
...He kept His promise with David to build a temple through his son
...He has kept many!
Instead of going after the promises of man, seek and rely on the promises of God...He will NEVER let you down!
